1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the fb76 website accessible at fb76.io, including all associated services, games, sportsbook markets, cashier functions, and customer support channels.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the fb76 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or deposit match amounts awarded by fb76 to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must stake Bonus Funds (or a combined real-money and bonus amount) before those funds may be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to fb76 is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. fb76 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and conducts KYC verification on all registered accounts. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification of payment method ownership.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on fb76, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's identity during registration. fb76 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any registration detail at any time.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on fb76. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances or bonuses held therein will be forfeited.

2.4 Jurisdiction

fb76 is operated as an offshore online gaming platform. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that accessing and using the fb76 Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. fb76 makes no warranty that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, and the Platform accepts no liability for a Player's failure to comply with applicable local laws.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. fb76 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must keep your Account information up to date. Any change to your registered email address, mobile number, or payment method must be communicated to fb76 support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate Account details may result in delays to withdrawal processing or temporary Account restrictions pending verification.

3.3 KYC Verification

fb76 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will trigger mandatory KYC review. fb76 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Inactivity

Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. fb76 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to inactive accounts. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed at fb76's discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fb76 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fb76 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to account tier and KYC status; contact support for current limits applicable to your account.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's Account within seconds of confirmed payment. Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours subject to KYC status and payment method. fb76 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking intermediaries.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to payment provider availability. fb76 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.5 Funds Segregation

fb76 maintains Player funds in accounts segregated from the Platform's operational funds. This segregation is intended to protect Player deposits in the ordinary course of business. However, fb76 does not guarantee the return of Player funds in all circumstances and Players should only deposit funds they can afford to risk.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by fb76 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before they may be withdrawn. Only bets placed with real-money funds count towards clearing wagering requirements unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Different game types may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fb76 actively monitors Player activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated betting software in conjunction with bonuses, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided, any derived winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Promotion Availability

fb76 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have commenced satisfying the applicable wagering requirement. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to BPL season, Eid, T20 World Cup, and Pohela Boishakh — are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on fb76 are subject to the Game Rules applicable to the relevant product. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Game Rules before placing any bet. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player except where fb76 has made a demonstrable error in the display of odds or game information.

6.2 Errors & Manifest Mistakes

fb76 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure ("palpable error"). In such cases, affected bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided at fb76's discretion. The Platform's decision regarding palpable errors is final.

6.3 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets on fb76 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. All cricket bets are subject to the official result declared by the relevant tournament governing body. fb76 follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes for weather-affected matches. Markets will be suspended and re-evaluated in the event of match interruptions, and bets may be voided if a minimum number of overs has not been completed as specified in the relevant market rules.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play markets carry additional risk due to the real-time nature of odds movements. fb76 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical game moments (wickets, goal kicks, penalty decisions). Any bets accepted during a brief suspension window prior to a decisive event may be voided at fb76's discretion if the bet was placed after the decisive event had already occurred but before the data feed had updated.

6.5 Casino & RNG Games

All casino games available on fb76 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are certified by independent testing laboratories and are displayed in the relevant Game Rules for each title. Theoretical RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb76 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or extract data from the Platform.
2. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
3. Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

9. Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards fb76 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Player Commitment

fb76 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, Players are encouraged to use the self-management tools available within their Account settings.

• Technical failures, server outages, or scheduled maintenance periods during which the Platform is temporarily unavailable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by fb76

fb76 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if fb76 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; provided false registration information; or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

12.2 Funds on Suspension

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, fb76 may withhold the balance in full or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be removed upon closure. Account closure does not cancel any pending withdrawal requests already submitted.

13 Amendments to These Terms

fb76 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, payment procedures, bonus conditions, or account management — registered Players will be notified by email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider availability) may be made without prior notice. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of any amendment.

Your continued use of the fb76 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fb76 is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fb76's internal complaints procedure will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of fb76's jurisdiction of incorporation.

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

Where a complaint relates to a specific game outcome or bet settlement, please include your account username, the game name or bet reference number, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of the issue.

14.2 Dispute Finality

fb76's decision regarding the resolution of any dispute relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, RNG fairness, or bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error. Players may not commence external legal proceedings until fb76's internal complaints procedure has been exhausted.
